[Hana Financial Group Cloud Strategy & Action Plan Design] (Hana Financial Group, ’21. 11 ~ Now)
- Project Goal: Establishment of Group Cloud Advancement System for Digital Innovation of Hana Financial Group
- Responsibilities: Open-source TA (customer service support)
(1) Establishing cloud governance & standard processes & defining architectural requirements
(2) Designing hybrid cloud standard usage processes and related infrastructure
(3) Defining & designing Group Cloud Native standard platform requirements, POC support
[Hana Insurance System Transformation] (Hana Insurance, ’21. 02 ~ ’21. 11)
- Project Goal: Hana insurance(舊TheK insurance) Insurance Business System Transformation(Rebuild for Next Generation)
- Responsibilities: AA/SWA (customer service support)
(1) Defining the Application Architecture Requirements for Insurance Business Systems
(2) Assists in reviewing and configuring various deliverables related to application architecture design/implementation
(3) Identify issues related to configuring response development architecture and support decision making to resolve issues
[Hana Capital Installment Rental System Integration] (Hana Capital, ’20. 12 ~ ’21. 02)
- Project Goal: Integrate capital installment system to private cloud (HanaCloudia) and related open source design and technical support for Hana Capital
- Responsibilities: Design and technical support for open source solution
(1) Defining Architecture Requirements and Configuration Definitions for Capital Installment Rental Platform Infrastructure and Application
(2) Support for cloud transition configuration and open source (CentOS, Nginx, MariaDB) configuration technology
[Hana Financial Network (for Small & Mid-sized) Homepage Platform Service Integration] (Hana Cloudia, ’20. 09 ~ ’20. 11)
- Project Goal: Support for the establishment and transition of the Paas platform for small and medium-sized affiliates in Hana Financial Group
- Responsibilities: Platform design and deployment
(1) Multi-Master Replication AP/DB configuration using Docker Container to minimize cost.
(2) Configure the Devops environment to automatically build/deploy pipeline when committing the source of the external homepage developer is changed.
[Hana Members System Cloud Migration] (Hana Members, ’20. 04 ~ ’20. 07)
- Project Goal: Hana Members System Cloud migrate to Oracle Cloud / Hana Cloudia Project
- Responsibilities: AA
(1) Migrate Hana Members System to Oracle Cloud and Hana Cloud
(2) Identify issues related to configuring and relocation of applications and support decision making to resolve issues
[Hana Savings Bank Contactless Platform Integration] (Hana Savings Bank, ’20. 02 ~ ’20. 08)
- Project Goal: Banking Contactless Platform (Internet, Mobile Banking ETC) Integration
- Responsibilities: AA / Technical support for open source solution
(1) Internet, Mobile Banking System (ASP outsourcing) Migration/Integration to Hana Cloudia
(2) Restful API system design and configuration with Netflix OSS (Zuul, Eureka, Ribbon ETC) and Docker container
(3) Log management using ELK. Stateless Session configuration using Redis Cluster (Multi-Master).
[Hana Financial Group Data Governance Integration TFT] (Hana Financial Group, ’19. 11 ~ ’20. 02)
- Project Goal: Design data governance and data lake and pipeline for Hana financial Group
- Responsibilities: AA / Technical support for open source solution
(1) Conceptual design private Data Lake for Hana Group Information Integration and Realtime / batch data pipeline flow architecture using Kafka and ETL
(2) Review of strategies for establishing integrated data governance of affiliates organized by Hana Financial Group
(3) Configuring HCIMS Advanced Design and Architecture for Data Transition Platforms between Hana affiliated companies
[Hana Savings Bank Transformation] (Hana Savings Bank, ’19. 06 ~ ’19. 10)
- Project Goal: Banking Core Systems Rebuild & Transformation for Next Generation
- Responsibilities: AA
(1) Banking core system rebuild and transformation using MDD, Devon, XFrame UI
(2) Reviewing the system transfer configuration and design of the development environment to the Savings Bank with Hana bank global new system framework

- 프로젝트 목적: 하나손해보험(舊TheK손해보험) 보험업무시스템 구축(차세대)

[하나캐피탈 할부렌탈 시스템 구축] (하나캐피탈, ’20. 12 ~ ’21. 02)
- 프로젝트 목적: 하나캐피탈 할부렌탈시스템의 HanaCloudia 구축 및 관련 오픈소스 설계, 기술지원
- 수행 업무: OSS 설계 및 기술 지원
(1) 캐피탈 할부렌탈 플랫폼 인프라 및 어플리케이션 아키텍처 요건 및 구성 정의
(2) Cloud 전환 구성 및 오픈소스 (CentOS, Nginx, MariaDB) 구성 기술 지원
[하나금융 중소관계사 홈페이지 플랫폼 서비스 구축] (하나클라우드, ’20. 09 ~ ’20. 11)
- 프로젝트 목적: 3년 단위로 실시하는 예금보험공사 ISP 수립을 위한 컨설팅 프로젝트
- 수행 업무: 오픈소스 설계 및 기술 지원
(1) 비용 최소화를 위한 Docker Container 를 이용한 Multi-Master Replication AP/DB 구성.
(2) 외부 홈페이지 개발 업체 소스 변경 시 자동 배포 가능 하도록 Devops 환경 구성.
[하나멤버스 시스템 클라우드 이전 사업] (하나멤버스, ’20. 04 ~ ’20. 07)
- 프로젝트 목적: 하나멤버스 시스템 Cloud 이전 사업
- 수행 업무: AA
(1) 하나멤버스 시스템을 Oracle Cloud 와 HanaCloudia으로 이전
(2) Application 구성 및 이전 관련 이슈 발굴, 이슈 해소를 위한 의사결정 지원
[하나저축은행 비대면 플랫폼 구축] (하나저축은행, ’20. 02 ~ ’20. 08)
- 프로젝트 목적: 하나저축은행 비대면 플랫폼 (인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹 등) 구축 사업
- 수행 업무: AA/오픈소스 기술 지원
(1) 기존 이니텍 ASP 수행 하던 인터넷/모바일 뱅킹 시스템을 HanaCloudia로 재구축
(2) Netflix OSS (Zuul, Eureka, Ribbon 등) 과 Docker를 이용한 Restful API 시스템 설계 및 구성
(3) ELK를 통한 Log 수집 및 관리. Redis Cluster (Multi-Master) 를 이용한 Stateless Session 구성.
[하나금융지주 데이터 거버넌스 구축 TFT] (하나저축은행, ’19. 11 ~ ’20. 02)
- 프로젝트 목적: 그룹 전용 DataLake 구성 및 Data pipeline 및 데이터 거버넌스 구축 관련 TF
- 수행 업무: AA/오픈소스 기술 지원
(1) 하나그룹 통합 고객 및 정보 통합을 위한 전용 DataLake 구성 및 Kafaka, ETL 등을 이용한 Realtiem/batch 성 Data Pipeline Flow아키텍처 컨셉 설계
(2) 하나금융지주가 주관한 관계사 통합 데이터 거버넌스 구축 전략 검토
(3) 기존 관계사 간 데이터 전환 플랫폼 HCIMS 고도화 설계 및 아키텍처 구성
[하나저축은행 신 시스템 구축] (하나저축은행, ’19. 06 ~ ’19. 10)
- 프로젝트 목적: 하나저축은행 계정계 차세대 시스템 구축 사업
- 수행 업무: AA
(1) 저축은행 계정계를 MDD, Devon, XFrame UI 를 기반으로 한 차세대 시스템 구축
(2) 하나은행 글로벌 신 시스템 F/W, 개발 환경을 저축은행에 시스템에 이전 구성 및 설계 검토
(3) 저축은행 기 사용 Application 에 대한 대응개발 아키텍처 구성 및 호환성 검토
